There will be a Community Outreach Forum Monday, March 23, at 6:00 pm in the Exhibition Room of Hull High School prior to the 7:00 pm School Committee Meeting.

This is an opportunity to meet informally with members of the School Committee to ask questions and voice concerns.  The forum is not recorded and is intended as a relaxed atmosphere encouraging open dialogue.

KidsCare Summer Program

KidsCare
Hull Community Schools
Hull Public Schools
180 Harborview Rd.
Hull, MA. 02045

Dear Parents,

KidsCare is now accepting registration for the summer program. The program will be held at the Memorial School and will begin on Monday, July 6, 2015 and will end on Friday, August 14, 2015. The Memorial School location gives KidsCare the opportunity to visit area beaches and the playing field offers the children a number of recreational activities. Other events will be scheduled for children to participate in throughout the summer. Hours of operation will be 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday.

If you are interested in the summer program, complete the form below and return by May 4, 2015. Please note, although KidsCare is a part of the Hull Community Schools, it is self-sustaining and is not funded by the Hull Public Schools. Tuition must be paid weekly and is expected if your child is absent on the day for which they are registered. All tuition from the 2014/2015 school year must be paid in full in order for your child to attend the program. Tuition for children registered full time (5 days a week) will be $4.50 per hour. Tuition for children registered part time (under 5 days) will be $5.00 per hour. If you have any questions, please call 781-925-8012.

Sincerely,

Barbara Stanley
Director KidsCare

School Calendar - Fourth Revision

Message from the Superintendent

I am writing to advise you of the district's plan for make-up days due to the snow cancellations.

School will be in session on Saturday, March 21 and Saturday, April 11.
Dismissal times will be as follows:

Hull High School - 11:05 am
Memorial School - 11:30 am
Jacobs Elementary School - Noon

There will be no pre-kindergarten or kindergarten.

Lunch will be served at the Memorial and Jacobs schools.

Additionally, school will be in session on Friday, April 3, which is Good Friday.
Dismissal times will be as follows:

Hull High School - 10:50 am
Memorial School - 11:15 am
Jacobs Elementary School - 11:45 am

There will be no pre-kindergarten or kindergarten.

No lunches will be served.

Because these days are religious holy days for some of our families, there will be no exams, tests, or major projects on the make-up days.

I realize this has been quite an inconvenience for families, students, and staff.  I truly appreciate everyone's cooperation in making the best of a difficult situation.

Thank you.
