Message from the Superintendent

I am pleased to report that due to the coordinated efforts of the Town Manager, Highway, Fire, Police and School departments, we will be reopening our schools on a regular schedule on Monday, February 23.
  1. I am asking parents and guardians to make every effort to wait at all bus stops with students.
  2. There will be no buses on Atlantic Avenue from the Town Hall to the Cohasset line. The bus stop for students living is this area will be at Town Hall.
  3. There will be no buses in the Bay Street/Hampton Circle neighborhood.  There will be two bus stops for these students.  The bus will stop on Nantasket Avenue in front of the old Riva's Pizzeria  and it will also stop at the intersection of Porrazzo Road near the Superwash Laundromat.
  4. There will be no buses in the Sunset Point neighborhood, including Edgewater Road, Whitehead Avenue, Nantasket Road, Clifton Avenue, and the numbered streets.  The bus stop for these students will be at the intersection of Nantasket Road and Mountford Road.
These changes will remain in effect until further notice.

For those of you planning to drive your children to and from school and for our high school student drivers, please use extra caution, especially in the alphabet section, as there are many walkers.

We are thrilled that the return of the students is right around the corner.

Thank you very much for your patience, understanding, and cooperation.
